Rai Auditorium Arturo Toscanini
The Rai Auditorium in Turin "Arturo Toscanini" is a structure of Rai (Italian Radio and Television).

Built at the end of the 19th century to host equestrian performances, it was radically restructured several times during the 20th century.

Since 1952 it has been the seat of the Rai Orchestra of Turin and since 1993 of the unified Rai National Symphony Orchestra and hosts regular symphonic seasons and high-level concert events. The structure has a choir, a large stalls, a gallery and a balcony arranged in a horseshoe, for a total capacity of 1,616 spectators.

In 2007, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of his death, the auditorium was named in memory of Arturo Toscanini.

A large organ was installed by the Tamburini firm in 1953. For renovation work, the instrument was dismantled and restored in 2005 by the Ruffatti firm. However, at the end of the intervention it was no longer possible to relocate it, due to lack of space! Now there are only the front silent pipes.
