He made his debut at the age of 12 in duo with Roberto Fabbriciani, later performing for prestigious venues including San Carlo in Naples, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Venice Biennale, Accademia Chigiana, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Radio Switzerland, etc. He collaborates with numerous composers, performing world premieres, also dedicated to him.

Born in 1974, Florentine, Arcadio Baracchi he graduated at the age of 17 from the L. Cherubini Conservatory in Florence and began performing at a very young age.
He has hundreds of recital concerts to his credit, as a soloist with orchestra, in chamber groups and ensembles and his repertoire ranges from the ancient and classical periods, to jazz and modern and contemporary experimentation.
 
For his improvement he attended the lessons in Italy and abroad of flutists such as Angelo Persichilli, Glauco Cambursano, Massimo Mercelli, Maxence Larrieu, Stefano Bet, Michele Marasco, Nikolaus Delius, Reen De Reed, Robert Dick, Roberto Fabbriciani, Severino Gazzelloni , Thies Roorda, obtaining the diploma of the International Academy Incontri col Maestro of Imola, the Triennial diploma with Michele Marasco AMF, the Diploma of Contemporary Music School of Music of Fiesole and the Advanced Certificate of the Royal Academy of Music in London. He was the winner in national and international competitions including the Rovere D'oro, Internazionale Tortona, Internazionale Pietra Ligure etc.
 
He started his concert activity at the age of 12 playing in duo with Roberto Fabbriciani, since then he has played ranging from ancient to contemporary music, both as a soloist and in numerous chamber ensembles. He collaborates with M. Damerini, Giuseppe Bruno, Vittorio Ceccanti, Jonathan Faralli, Guido Corti, Ivano Battiston, Hidehiko Hinohara, Alberto Bologni, Giuseppe Bruno, Michel Lomuto, Riccardo Crocilla, Edoardo Catemario, etc.
 
In these roles he was the protagonist of the seasons of the San Carlo in Naples, the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, the Teatro Grande in Brescia, the Venice Biennale, the Unione Musicale in Turin, the Accademia Chigiana in Siena, Radio Switzerland, of the Friends of Music in Florence, the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, the Italian-Japanese Cultural Institute in Cologne, the Wiener Saal of the Mozarteum in Salzburg and the Leopold Saal in Salzburg. He has collaborated with the Centro Tempo Reale, the Centro Studi Musicali F. Busoni, Sinfonica Umbra, Orchestra Citta di Prato, Firenze Lirica, Festival di Spoleto, Orchestra Regionale Toscana, Maggio Fiorentino, TLS Spoleto, Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto and in the theatrical field with Federico Tiezzi's theater company, with Michele Placido, Milena Vukotic, Daria Nicolodi and Ottavia Piccolo. He plays as chamber musician and soloist with the Contempoertensemble.
 
He has recorded for the labels BMG, Sinfonica Carish, Materials Sonori, EMA Records, NAXOS, ARTS, Curci, Poligram, Tactus, Stradivarius.
 
He collaborates with numerous composers performing world premieres also dedicated to him, including: H. Genzmer, S. Belimov, J. Feld, E. Morricone, M. Davies, F. Vacchi, G. Gaslini, L. Lombardi, A .Guarnieri, J.Palmer, A. Guarnieri, G. Del Vescovo, HJ Gerung, G. Castagnoli, H. Hinohara, D. Lombardi, R. Mirigliano, Luca Lombardi, Tesei, M. Panni, M. Cardi, G. Cardini, A. Russo, F. Festa, A. Portera, F. Giomi, N. Sani, J. Palmer, V. Sannicandro.
 
Of particular importance is the project coordinated and conceived by M° Daniele Lombardi 'Fabula Ut' which saw him protagonist with 10 world premieres of M. Cardi, N. Sani, D. Lombardi, A. Russo, F. Cifariello Ciardi, C Magnan, M. Panni, G. Cardini, Baggiani, C. Landini, published in 2017 with Stradivarius.
Solo flute on numerous occasions, we recall the opera Doglie by V. Sannicandro in the world premiere at the TLS in Spoleto with the direction of Marco Angius; in 2014 with the ORT as solo bass flute for the Italian premiere of the composer Tan Dun for Paper Concert.
He has played with the Camerata Strumentale Citta di Prato, the Regional Orchestra of Tuscany, the Teatro Lirico dell'Umbria Orchestra, the Sinfonica Umbra, the Padua and Veneto Orchestra under the direction of Marco Angius, Piero Bellugi, Lorenzo Parigi, Steven Mercurio, Massimiliano Caldi, Tan Dun, Vittorio Parisi, Carlo Palleschi, Valentina Peleggi, Giuseppe Bruno, Tito Ceccherini ect. In 2019 he was invited to perform the Petrassi concert for flute and orchestra with the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra conducted by Tito Ceccherini. He has played as a soloist with the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra, Umbria Symphony Orchestra, Artes Orchestra, TLS Spoleto.
 
For the Tactus label with the pianist Andrea Trovato he recorded the CD "Paraphrasis for flute and piano on the works of G.Verdi" with some first world recordings of virtuoso pieces by 19th century authors: G. Briccialdi, W. Popp, D Lovreglio, C. Ciardi, P. Furlani (2015); for EMA Records, a CD of music by A. Piazzolla for the label in trio with Vittorio Ceccanti and Ivano Battiston with the presentation of the Oscar-winning Maestro Luis Bacalov (2016). Di ric forthcoming 3 discs: with Petrassi's Tactus Souffle for solo flute; for Sinfonica Carish world premiere of a piece dedicated to him by Ganesh del Vescovo for solo flute; for EMA Records with Music by Boulez, Dutilleux, Debussy, Bozza, Ph.Hersant .
